Chalet Brio

“Fantastic ”

Had the most fantastic time at Chalet Brio. The Chalet and pool were 5 star, the surrounding area was calm and peaceful a great place to relax. If you fancy something a bit more adventurous there are lots of thing to do in the area, walking, mountain biking etc. Samoens is a beautiful village in the valley, lots of restaurants, bars and shops and a great market on a Wednesday. Robert and Caroline are a lovely couple and are there to help if you need anything.

“Lovely chalet, great staff and very friendly and helpful owners”

Robert and Caroline were the perfect hosts, and supported by Megan and Richard - we were looked after very well indeed; they made us feel very welcome and were as helpful as we could have hoped for.
The chalet is spacious and modern and light, very clean and warm. It's located in between Samoens and Morillion, and although a little out of town, it never seemed too much trouble to give us lifts too and from local ski lifts.
Food was plentiful, high quality, and varied. Breakfast, afternoon tea, 3 course dinner with wine.
Robert organised ski equipment to be delivered directly to the chalet, (by Remi of Chalet Ski), as well as lift passes. Very easy and useful for us, on a fairly short trip.

"Great winter/skiing break”

Skiing holiday organised by one of our friends and indeed nobody could pick a better place to stay. Modern chalet and yet with a character. Fantastic location, spectacular views and above all, fantastic hosts. Always friendly and helpful - Caroline and Robert (owners) as well as Fiona and Jeremy (employees) made our stay simply special. Very good food, fabulous wine and cheese and all at very reasonable rate. I would recommend this place to anyone.

A group of 16 friends have just returned from a stay at Chalet Brio for 4 nights. Lovely clean modern Chalet, Robert and Caroline and staff were lovely hosts and helpful and Robert happily took all 16 of us ( two trips ) to and from the ski lift every day. On our return there was cake and fresh bread and jam followed by a 3 course evening meal with wine which was lovely,Breakfast was lovely, It was great that our large group could all sit at the table together and in the lounge area after our meal, where we played games and laughed The hot tub was great fun and helped with aches and pains at the end of the day. We ordered our ski hire online and it was delivered to the Chalet on the afternoon we arrived, by a lovely french man who was very helpful. Robert arranged our ski passes on line from the comfort of the Chalet ( no waiting in line at the lift ) All in all we had a lovely stay and were waited on hand and foot

“the best chalet I have ever stayed in.”

A very friendly and pleasant stay with great hosts. Will be going again next year, and can not wait. The food was excellent and was given a five star service morning, noon, and night. The location is beautiful and looks even better from the hot tub. Only a quick ride to town and just a small walk to the slopes. This is the only place you should stay.

“A gem in the French Alps”

Chalet Brio is a great hidden gem in the French Alps. Robert, Caroline & their team provide a flawless and first class service - allowing us to get on with our perfect ski holiday. Located in an idealic setting in the woods, near the local lift to Samoens ski level (never a queue) - and a short walk into Samoens
The food was wonderful with care and attention paid to local produce. The purpose build chalet is incredibly homely with a real wooden fire not to mention a great hot tub.

We didn't want to leave & look forward to returning again, soon!…
