We take great pride in the food we provide for guests, sourcing ingredients locally where ever we can, using multiple suppliers and with the odd bit of foraging for good measure we aim to use the best ingredients we can to make food that looks good, tastes great and fills you up all served in a relaxed atmosphere.
During the winter season in Chalet Brio we offer breakfast, afternoon tea and a four course dinner with matched bottled wine, you can find more details below. In La Terrasse for the winter we can provide catering as an optional extra, whether you want to take advantage of our private chef service for one night or the whole week is up to you. Details of our ‘Menu Complet’ and ‘Menu Formula’ can be found in our Private Catering Menu..
For Summer, Spring and Autumn we are also very happy to offer guests options from our Private Catering Menu.
As with our food we take our drinks options seriously, visiting vineyards around France and Europe tasting countless different wines we’re proud of our evening drinks options. Leaving the days of boxed carafe wine long in the past we’ve broken from the norm and offer bottled wine with a choice of red or white but more importantly, each night is a different matching which has been carefully selected to work perfectly with the nights meal. We provide a complementary drink before dinner and during the meals are happy to keep topping up glasses as much as you like.
For those who want something really special we have a selection of upgrade wines which are available to purchase at any time. We also have an honesty bar with a selection of local and craft beers, soft drinks and chocolate bars.
